Beth enjoys teaching in the small group format. She leads functional fitness/strength, spincore, small group spinning, triathlon training as well as group classes in boot camp, cardio-coreball, coreball, Zumba, Total Body workout and the Strong for Life CSB classes.
Beth has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Her responsibilities have included program director and instructor for large and small clubs, youth fitness programs in schools and instruction in senior living communities. Her certifications include American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer, ACE Group Exercise Instructor, TRX Suspension Training, Madd Dog Spinning (Level 3), Resist-a-ball, Zumba, and ACE youth fitness.
She holds a BS degree in Biochemistry.
Beth has lived in Amherst since 1991.
Ronda teaches Spinning®, Tabata® and CORE®, classes.
Ronda is a fitness enthusiast and fell in love with Spinning® after taking her first class in 1998. She has been spinning since and loves it so much she decided to get certified through Mad Dogg Athletics. Her goal is to create classes that will challenge, strengthen, and motivate riders. She has found Spinning® to be more than just a physically challenging exercise, but also a mental challenge as well. Spinning® is a powerful and fun tool in the development of a strong mind and body.
In addition to her Mad Dogg Certification for Spinning®, she is also an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Group Exercise Instructor.
Ronda lives in Brookline with her husband, two boys and two dogs who keep her very active.
Cyndi teaches Yoga Tabata Method here at Trilogy.

Interests: Skiing, camping, traveling, gardening, photography and spending lots of time with my family...and I'm sure there are many more I have forgotten right now?
Why I love Fitness: Fitness is important to me because it makes me feel strong and positive about myself physically and mentally. I enjoy sharing that with people and helping others to realize their full potential. I love to develop new class ideas because I believe it helps keep myself motivated and those participating in my classes. Hope to see you soon...we will be sure to work hard!
