Trilogy Fitness Policies and Procedures

  • All studio class participants must sign in at the front desk before class. 
  • Unlimited monthly rates are available. View our Menu of Services page for details. 
  • Payment must be made in full before participating 
  • Semi-private rates are per person. Both participants must schedule their class times as a unit with the instructor. 
  • 24-hours notice is required to cancel private and semi-private sessions. Missed classes without proper notice and no-shows will be charged the full amount. 
  • 24-hours notice is required to cancel small group classes and be eligible to receive a make-up class. Make-ups will be scheduled with the instructor. Makeups must be taken within 30 days and within the same program. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a makeup will become available. 
  • "Flexcards" can be purchased for use in the Functional Fitness Center Small Groups. Participants must have completed at least one full 8-week session in a small group or a 10-pack of Personal Training to be eligible. "Flexcard" holders can schedule themselves into a small group class up to one week in advance, depending on availability. We cannot guarantee that an opening will be available. 24 hour cancellation is required once a reservation is made or the class will be charged to the card holder.   • Reservations for Spinning®, Power Pump, CORE·, Tabata and TRX® may be made up to one week in advance. Sign up in person or email contactus@trilogyfitnessnh.com. Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance. Except for emergencies, no-shows will be charged for each missed class. 
  • Admittance to Studio and Spinning® classes will be closed 10 minutes after the start time for a one hour class; 5 minutes for a 30 minute class.  . 
  • Classes falling on holidays will be pro-rated. 
  • No outdoor shoes are allowed in the workout and studio areas. Please carry in proper shoes. 
  • It is a student's responsibility to inform the instructor if there is a change in their health status, either illness or injury. 
  • During inclement weather please call our answering machine at 603-249-5614 for a message on class status. Press 1 for "general inquiries". A message will be posted by 7:30 am regarding Group Exercise and Spinning classes. Small groups and private clients will be contacted directly. 
  • In case of a check returned by the bank for insufficient funds, all fees will be charged to the participant. 

Participants may be asked to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and a Health History Form. 
A physician's approval may be required before participation.
