SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Groups of 3 – 4 work independently and together to achieve strength, core strength, balance and flexibility with a little cardio in the mix. Individuals meet with the group one, two or three times a week. Sessions run in 2 month intervals. New participants will participate in 5 personal training sessions before entering a group. SPINNING® & SPINNING® COMBINATION GROUP CLASSES
Group classes consist of 50 minute Spinning®classes as well as Spinning® combination classes. Combination classes include a 25 minute ride with 25 minutes of another fitness modality: yoga, strength, TRX®. Drop in as well as packages of 10 hour or 20 hours of class are available. Register up to one week in advance.
